If the average tt.net'er goal was to get into the high-10s, I wouldn't bank on trying to duplicate Kuah's success. Kuah has: a) a really light (stripped down) car, b) obvious skill. The average member, if they really wanted a ten second car, is probably better off getting a turbo that's been known to get lots of people DEEP into the tens so that with a less than *optimal* car setup and/or a nut behind the wheel, they can still achieve that goal of just "getting into" the 10s.
